This page will display satellite images from the Meteosat 10/11 satellites, especially from Meteosat 9, mostly at 5-minute intervals. If the so-called Rapid Scan Service (RSS from Meteosat 10) is out of operation, the interval of images will be 15 minutes.
MSG stands for Meteosat Second Generation.
The operator cannot rule out technical problems, this public service is not guaranteed 24/7, although any problems will be rectified without undue delay as far as possible.
